Short-Term Running Goals:

In 2016 I plan to continue to get in shape and maybe do some trail races later in the year.

Long-Term Running Goals:

I am currently training to get back into running long distances.  I would really like to do some longer distance trail races in 2016.  I am currently trying to lose weight and my goal is to weigh between 170 and 175.

In 2015 I was diagnosed with Social Anxiety Disorder. This explains why I'm so awkward. :)

Day 242 - 5.1

I'm trying to eliminate walking from my runs for the most part and today I ran for 60 minutes straight without stopping or walking.  Sweet!  But it kicked my butt. lol

I like it DaleG, your consistent and always moving forward in you plan....Speaking of your plan, do you have any organized runs in your plan, nothing sets up my motivation better than planning on and paying for a race. I call it following my money. I bought it so now I own it and I want to get my moneys worth!

Hey coach. Signing up for races is always good motivation. Since I started this running streak, and now that I'm so far into it, that actually keeps me motivated. I love it! I am not signed up for any races.

Great job Dale. That has to be one of your longer runs in quite a while.
