Short-Term Running Goals:

In 2016 I plan to continue to get in shape and maybe do some trail races later in the year.

Long-Term Running Goals:

I am currently training to get back into running long distances.  I would really like to do some longer distance trail races in 2016.  I am currently trying to lose weight and my goal is to weigh between 170 and 175.

Personal:

In 2015 I was diagnosed with Social Anxiety Disorder. This explains why I'm so awkward. :)

AM - 3.0 easy miles.  Later in the afternoon, went down to the Ogden Marathon expo where I saw Teena and met up with Smooth.  Bought two pair of my favorite sunglasses, had lunch at the Union grill with my wife.  Nice afternoon.

PM - 2.0 easy miles.  Wanted to try out my new Mizuno Wave Precision shoes that I picked up at Striders earlier this evening.  Tried to run with the factory insoles, but soon found the pain from the Metatarsalgia coming on quickly, so I stopped and put in my custom orthotics and felt fine after that.

Nice double! Hope the new shoes work out, I'm always nervous about trying different kinds.
